You'll have to make your own mind up re another placing mate but quite why they'd stiff the £6m 10p placees of just a few weeks ago (including mighty Miton) by placing again at a lower price I really wouldn't know (or, frankly, believe) but I can see why they may place again at 12s.

Upper teens/upper 20s, option for 60s-80s.
