when last placing was çompleted on 23rd may the next day share price rose over 100% so placing is not a issue. In fact it will be a good move.

my friend the director's does not prepare the interim or any results themselves, it's the company's accountant who prepares all accounts services.

Probably the director's didn't know the interim results would be ready, my guess is ready by now and they realise they have breached their rules,

there for they had to cancel their subscription.
