Ian12, I doubt that very much as the judge has said that Frontera can initiate an appeal as early as June this year :-))

Personally, I don't think there's any need to update us at this point.

'Taking 10 minutes to write a few lines' leads to mistakes and would only serve the point that they are in the middle of negotiations and so they can't say anything for fear of prejudicing the case. It would also give ammunition to those pi's that like to knock Frontera because they've published an update that basically doesn't say anything other than the case is progressing...
