Ben Richardson, CEO at SulNOx, confident they can cost-effectively decarbonise commercial shipping. Watch the video here.
One good thing to note is I always keep one eye on the Cineplex sp when watching the trial, down 2.61% at the moment
Mooky comes across as a bit slippery, I can’t tell if it’s going well or not to be honest.
I remember Union Pacific, poor fella.
I think after selling CINE on a drop Guitarman bought NEX at spike & sold on a drop to buy SYME at spike.
Yes, looks like it’s just scraping the board for user names with no consideration of content whatsoever. It’s a bit of a blast from the past all those names I’d completely forgotten about. Some great posters there and some utter clowns for good measure
Thanks Bonkers this made me laugh, indepthwins, ShorterGuy, johnht, Shamus12 and eddiemorra1977 rampers, yeah right. Laidback and Johnatlaw on the other hand may have slightly ramped at some point.
Excellent review, no spoilers:

Brilliant to see institutions buying again
Don’t forget Mooky and his brother get full bonus if there is a change of ownership regardless of the share price, nice little insurance policy.
If my memory serves me well, previous Cineworld articles in the Sunday Times have coincided with large share price movements the following week, in both directions I hasten to add depending on the content. Today’s article is clearly positive so hopefully history will repeat itself.
Thanks JimmyVill
Here’s a snippet for those who can’t view the article:
“These are not numbers we can’t deal with,” says Greidinger of the debt pile. “We need to remember that Cineworld in 2019 had an ebitda of over $1 billion. So once we are back there and higher, we will deal with the debt.”
For shareholders, this relentless optimism is comforting, but can infuriate. A top 10 investor said Greidinger “never admits defeat” but is “always positive”.
This steeliness feeds through to his negotiations with business partners. Rich Gelfond, chief executive of IMAX, said Greidinger was viewed with “respect and fear”. While Greidinger was “motivated by money”, it was not his “prime motivator”, Gelfond said.
For Greidinger, a focus will be navigating his business in an industry that is competing with online giants such as Netflix and Amazon. His solution? Screen Netflix output in his cinemas. “I respect the product. Some of the movies deserve a big theatrical release.”
Greidinger gave his managers in Las Vegas last month a reassuring history lesson. He shares it again: blockbusters such as The 10 Commandments saved cinema when families began buying black and white TVs en masse. Then, when the colour TV arrived, The Sound of Music drew crowds back. Titanic arrived in the DVD era. “We will be taken out of Covid by James Bond and the Marvel movies and Top Gun,” he says. “There have been bumps along the way. But we’re on the way back.”
It’s official: “Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings” has surpassed fellow Marvel film “Black Widow” as the highest-grossing film of 2021 and the pandemic at the domestic box office.
On Friday, the superhero adventure starring Simu Liu captured $3.59 million from 3,952 theaters, which was enough to push it past “Black Widow” with a total gross of $186.7 million. “Black Widow,” which premiered in July, has earned roughly $183.5 million since its release. “Shang-Chi” breaking this record is a significant landmark for the movie theater business, as it was released solely in theaters with 45 days of exclusivity — as opposed to “Black Widow” and many other new releases, which have opted for a hybrid model.

Case going well again today & Cineplex dropping nicely
I’ve not seen any court action today but Cineplex is down 3.5% on a day we are slightly up. No idea if it’s related to the case but hope it is.
I think the witnesses (except the expert witnesses) are not permitted to follow the court proceedings. Mooky was given permission to give direction to Steep when required but still excluded generally.
mountainous - Mooky was specifically named as a witness on the first day
My understanding was that it is forbidden to make video, audio or photos of the stream. I don’t recall if it said we couldn’t discuss the case or not but I’m not sure to be honest. The message appears just before broadcast and during breaks so let’s read it carefully tomorrow.
A Canadian press summary of today’s proceedings:

I must admin I was nervous during the first session when Cineplex’s lawyer was opening but after watching our guy methodically going through the email trails and watching the other lawyer sat squirming I’m far more confident.
Crumpets & Bonkers I agree with you both
