I will surprised if the sale price is higher than 29p, it would be nice though, Hedin have already put off other buyers by stating their holding is 35p minimum to sell, so that is the purchase price for any other bidder.

Someone is hoovering up the shares by automatic bids, your right, why would anyone buy at the offer price, no profit there, unless there might be another bidder somewhere?

Yes , Monday is the day to put up or shut up, I would thought if the deal was not going through we would have been told by now, can only assume the price is being haggled over.

I would have thought that with today's interim figures, 29p a share is cheap, I would not be supprised if the Americans came back, bought Hedin's at 35p and took control, it makes sense, the £ being low as well.

Things looking a bit iffy with the takeover, a lot of shares getting sold, which does not fill me with confidence.

I believe Hedin have until the end of next week to either confirm the takeover, or walk away, they have offered their shares to anyone at 35p a share, hoping to make a huge profit if they sell, end of next week for news.
