poo is in decline and mcap simply too huge at £300 million at times of recession.
i3 have high capex £90 million.
Oil well decommissioning costs have not been budgeted for, could be up to £300 million
if serenity is a big hit, SP will spike and then dumped
unfortunately i3 have to do a fundraise at a very low price because poo is in downtrend, biggest stock market correction coming, and so may have to issue addition 750 million shares at 10p.
Directors dont give a rats ass when it comes to fundraise and at what price.
lots of uncertainty.
imo
tonystorm "oil and NGL's 75% revenue" (23rd Aug 2022 17.01)
tonyknowsFall "gas is only 16%" (today 13.23)
i3 get only $74 .
more profit warnings to come. Capex at £90 million. Decommissioning costs at £175 million
and i3 valued at nearly £300 million. Toooooooooo much
ez pz, if 100 million barrels found, SP goes to 20p (look at CHAR). Fundraise and partial debt possibly at higher SP. I3E will need to raise as well but i doubt it will be at a high price.
Its very positive for Eog but rubbish deal for i3. sorry but imho
no, im not suggesting we will see £6 million this year, thats your assumption. Wressle income only started from about sept 2021.
anyway well find out soon. could be anything between £1 million to £3 million. Simply a wild guess and dont take me so seriously or cry about it, its a just a public bb.
september is ere.
news imminent on wressle cpr, serenity drilling 2 weeks away, half year report.
serenity has gross value of £2 billion for 200 million barrels. Thats 50p to eog
look at CHAR , looking for a similar result ere.
buy now or pay more later
14 million mcap for a company making net profit of around £6 million. EOG running costs aee very low.
when oil prices are supposed to be here long term.
imagine buying out eog for 14 million, and in 10 years i would have 50 million in my bank plus the company
if we exceed the 200 million barrels, lol, my brain just stops there, its simply going to be cosmic.
Tdinvestor, the recent rise has happened to all 3 joint operators of wressle and EOG is still moving like a turtle, possibly because of the huge placing. EOG is probably worth 5-7p just based on its current income and thats without any wressle upgrades and two further production wells to come online. if the SP was at 10p and serenity was to be a duster, then it would probably fall to 5-7p
imo (a wild guess - im no expert)
