I reckon Jhango are not going for a takeover, but they know a bid
is coming, maybe from AMC ( also chinese owned ) or a studio
& want to be part of it in a big way. Same way Cineworld wanted to do the
same to Cineplex before covid hit, either way the Chinese want a part of it.
