Could not have said it better HB. Vote No & see what happens.
jonjo I'm sure you are right. Rupert & the BH's know YES will be the outcome. My vote is still NO. Don't give it to them on a plate. Rupert is showing signs of alzheimer's. Vote NO & see what happens.
Toxic you have hit the nail on the head. Give EM hell & try to stop them. My vote is a big NO
Sorry Overman, got hold of the wrong end of the stick. I hate text & emails & BB;s is hard work for me. Showing my age now.
c'est la vie: LEGENDS
Sorry missed out Overman
Thanks for the sarcasm. & your vote wil be ??
Probably not, but who knows.
RC might even be a part of Azinor Catalyst Limited in the future. 50% of Chadwick is better than 1.5% of Xcite.
A yes vote, BH's have 98.5% of Xcite including Chadwick. RC's View of Farm-in at the time. "We are very pleased to be working with Catalyst, who will be able to accelerate the technical assessment of the Licence whilst we continue to focus our core attention on the Bentley field. By collaborating with Catalyst, we believe that the evaluation of these prospects and their potential value can be undertaken in the near future, so that we can meet our obligations under the Licence." Not a word since November 2015. Vote No & get rid of these parasites.
Good luck to you jonjo 8.2 is plus 81% of my shareholding. It's not sour grapes. I would just like to bring RC to task. My vote Is NO to stop his pillaging. But don't discount Karma.
jonjo It's nothing personal & NO don't buy a few shares give it to charity. Only uneducated PI's Invest in Xcite Simples.
The Oil & Gas Authority own's Block 9/3b (Licence P1078) not Xcite or Bondholders. With a NO vote the licence will return to them when Xcite's cash runs out (shorty) or 30 June 2017. All shareholders will loose there money (whats left) & yes as said before the Bondholders have covered there arse with help from brown nose Rupert. As to the EGM vote It's still no for me. Try to put a stop to this vile Company.
There will be a vote ay the EGM. You sound like a good CEO to me Lizzybel
Ok jonjo you can't vote as you hold no shares. Could force a late bid (unlikely) Licence would go back to Oil & Gas Authority & shareholders loose everything (likely) Stop Ruperts 4K a week vote NO. & the upside of yes is ??
Totally agree honestbob. I will vote no & walk away with nothing ( likely ) But if it puts a stop on Ruperts salary, I will sacrifice & few quid.
Vote yes or no either way it = ZERO value. We are surrounded by bloodsuckers & leeches. They will drain every penny (from you shame it was not Bentley) I can't see any value in this Company. At the end of the day it's your decision.
This BOD have already relieved you of your cash & want more. Bentley will never go to production with this totally inadequate BOD. If you want 1 cent on the Dollar sell now. Or try to bring the curtain down on this totall FIASCO.
Xcite Energy holds and operates 100% of the Bentley field all the time. 1.5% - 98.5% H'mm not quite the same ring to it. Rupert tell the truth for once.
Forget about POO, DECC, FDP ECT,ECT. This tinpot Board of Directors are totally out of there league. They could not / would not do a deal when POO $100+ ( would not my guess ) GREED. They have proved they are totally inadequate. Plan after plan failed, So many false dawn's & they want $10 mill working capital = salary. There office at Guildford answer phone / Aberdeen cyber office. VOTE NO AT THE EGM & yes i am prepaired to walk away with nothing.
