I am all I favour of a balanced argument. However the FT article was very inaccurate. I wonder if an apology will be issued ( I think not). However, in terms of Sirius. What has changed ? Absolutely noting is my answer. This mine will be built, on time and within budget. It will produce a quality product which will be transported worldwide for years to come. PAAA thank you for analysis. I am always interested to see your comments. If as you say the SP remains at this level until ST2 finance is announced,where do you think it lies there after. Obviously predictions vary wildly on this board but you feet appear firmly planted I would be interested to hear your views. I understand that a delegation of Chinese investors are in the north east of England. Does anyone have any information who they are of why they are here ? Also I believe it's no councide that the PM is in the area. Could we possibly get some outstanding news ? Or am I too optimistic ?

I really thought the SP would have been in excess of 50p at this stage so I must admit to being a bit disappointed. Surely we will start to see a continuous rise over the next couple of years. I'm long term so it's not a huge concern at present. It seems strange for investors to sell at this stage when the big prize isn't too far away. Maybe another Times article may wake some investors up tomorrow. GLA

Sorry, I didn't meant to come across as being heartless. I just know how these reports can be blown out of proportion. Miners are a breed apart. I actually had the misfortune to go underground at Monkwearmouth Colliery some years ago. Those who have the guts to go under on a daily basis have my utmost respect. Guys, before we all start talking down the share price re this accident can we establish what it actually was. I accept that accidents are avoidable but he very nature of construction poses a risk of injury. Having worked in the health and safety sector some time ago I know how safety targets can affect progression of a project. Hopefully this is a minor injury and lessons have been learned. Right let's move on and get this mine built, some TORPS agreed and finance sorted. Hopefully she will make a quick recovery. GLA

I agree with the non leaking of information from SXX (very professional). However, every Govt Minister will jump on the bandwagon should they decide to help out. Personally this doesn't bother me in the slightest so long as we progress. A couple of TORPS may come our way before this announcement. It's going to be a very interesting few months that's for sure. Myosotis. I couldn't see to be honest. I don't know if you have ever been but the entrance set back from the road and it is surrounded by trees. I will have a good look on the way back. Not sure what the different rigs look like though. Lots of signage etc relating to Sirius in Whitby and surrounding area. Just spoke to one of the construction guys in a café who said they are working around the clock and its the best thing to happen in the area for years. He is hoping his daughter can get an apprenticeship there. He was a very happy chap. Right, I'm off on a boat trip to see the dolphins which re apparently just off the coast today.i feel more confident than ever. GLA.
