remember to get out when in profit, as no doubt you will be at some time. Any rapid rise in share price is usually followed by a placement. There is nothing wrong with issung shares, its all perfectly legal and voted through at the AGMs. The problem is the under delivering with the fund raised.
I once saw a post from an investor on another board who said he would never invest in a company until he has fully researched the BOD, i paid little attention and just listened to the company PR. I havent looked into the other board members and their history, but i suggest you do. Start by looking at Okap ventures. Im not trying to put you off, ive not fully researched this company, but PL has never lead a company to genuine shareholder value, where an investor has seen a good return. IMO his companys are for traders and insiders to milk money from the markets
speaking from bitter experience of Landaus ventures he has a long history of over promising, under delivering and diluting. RRL......the first well in georgia was 2 yeas late, the puntland well was 5 years late (granted difficult circumstances). Trindad 6 out of 21 wells drilled last year, waterflood project 18 months late, herrera wells 12 months late. Need i go on? Ive been with RRL since dec 2009, in that time the number of shares in issue has risen from 600k to 2.3bn, i have now become a stubborn fool about the whole thing and am determined to see either a good return or nothing. Bear in ming RRL had alread undergone a 10:1 share consolidation from 2.6bn shares in the distant past

Decent RNS, slight delay with the plant, buy whats a few weeks in the scheme of things. Drilling ongoing with expected g/t coming out of the ground. The question is what will drive this up from here, i guess ramping up the tailings processing, and decent results from Tersang north.....yawn! http://www.investegate.co.uk/Article.aspx?id=201103091022126100C
