Am I correct in assuming all this talk of a takeover is actually the last thing we want?
What we really want and what we seem to be doing is talking with various companies about licensing our products and this is what will increase the share price DRAMATICALLY.
In the history of takeovers that i have seen it only puts a small premium on the share price of the day, so if we were to be takenover on todays price of 5.90, maybe at best we get about 8 or 9, nothing like that true value.
This company of Sar have continually talked about the business model of licensing their molecules, so why would we want a takeover of a few pence, when we have so much potential to individual license or products for big bucks.
The management have continually talked and shown examples of the BIG DEALS being made. surely this is why its taking so long. We wont accept low offers for what appear excellent molecules
