All I'm saying Hustler is that Schlumberger and our other large investors are wanting the same thing (a sp rise). PH is answerable to all of us at the end of the day. Maybe we will be keeping a few employees on who have drilled the patty well. We will know more soon enough!

So why did the expert , knowledgeable 'market' value them at £10 a week before the takeover was announced?

Regarding the rockrose takeover. They have agreed 1,850p per share offer (£250m market cap). Assisted/negotiated by JF. Rockrose have 63million boe reserves. Ok they have 20k boepd production. After our Schlumberger completion won't we also have 62million boe 2p reserves?? Excluding patty well. Seems to me a big re-rate is coming in due course!

Don't you think Schlumberger will have a major input with the development of patty well considering they have a 'ready made development plan' and they will own 23% of the company?

If he can negotiate a 50p sale then with his 17million+ shares would be a cool £8.5m for him! Come on my son do your best !!! :-)))

I think there is lots going on sea! I've just been reading about AF and JF again, their CV and experience and the contacts they have in the oil and gas industry, the deals they have helped strike, the connection to that part of the world... It is intriguing. Why would they both be heavily invested in Block? They must see something down the line i.e. takeover when the time is right. Have a good weekend all! I did buy £20k worth at 14p NICO but got my average to 8p now which I'm happy with. We all know how fast this moves if the good news arrives. After a long quiet spell maybe just maybe our time is coming!

If apparently 3 more companies were after the Schlumberger acreage and PH managed to seal the deal then maybe we were in the right place at the right time and PH deserves some credit for that!

Thordon, Schlumberger have been restructuring their entire business model during the pandemic and the deal with block is just a part of this . They still have a stake in block to reap rewards down the line whilst streamlining their worldwide assets.

Did I not hear that the patty side track was hoping to convert about 200bcf into reserves? Multiplied by $5 per MCF and we are talking $1 billion? Our day is surely coming astec!
