Exactly MP. Companies are not only valued in their production. Did Sound energy produce a single barrel for their £800m valuation several years ago? Didn't think so. We will be valued on our production AND the gas that we uncover next year. Which could alone be worth hundreds of millions! Bring it on Bloe!

Just been doing a bit of reading on artificial lift, the following I didn't know :-

"While some wells contain enough pressure for oil to rise to the surface without stimulation, most don't, requiring artificial lift. In fact, 96% of the oil wells in the US require artificial lift from the very beginning.
Even those wells that initially posses natural flow to the surface, that pressure depletes over time, and artificial lift is then required. Therefore, artificial lift is generally performed on all wells at some time during their production life".

Looking forward to the updates on the well interventions and the "artificial lift" on 16 and 38 in Q3. I'll be checking for the little red dot at 7am :-)

I'll be voting NO to these bunch of pi*s takers . Get the workovers done, get CL tested and into production with MA and get our revenue up and then pay the debt off . Can anyone confirm in simple terms the value of this well if it's a success. 2 million recoverable at say £15 profit per barrel = £30m? so approx 5p added to the sp which takes us up to 7.5p? Is that a rough, fair calculation?

MP, what did you mean by "there is some selling into the close though" ? Did you mean that one trade of 100,000 shares that was immediately bought at 2.7 and then another nice buy shortly after at 2.62 again. Roll on next week. Have a good weekend all!
