The changes to LSE shouldn’t impact our application. I’m US so not up to speed on UK regulations but I believe we’d be covered under a transitional provision. I agree with the overall insight into Aquis and welcome the uplist out of a lobster pot.
“Applicants for admission to listing of shares who have made a completed submission to the FCA for a listing eligibility review as of 16:00 on Thursday 2 December 2021 will be allowed to apply for listing based on the MMC of £700,000 provided they have applied to list by 2 June 2023 (ie within 18 months from the date the new rules apply).”

I believe the last we heard was mentioned in Q1 and echoed in Q2 that the process to uplist should complete around September. I would add buffer room and suggest anytime mid-September till late October (just to temper my expectations). Beyond that with no word I’d be worried.

Success seems to be coming Love Hemp’s way, with the
company planning a launch in the US imminently, alongside an additional four countries by the end of the year.
“We plan to operate local language websites and local distribution, in at least six countries over the next 6 months, and this would be across Europe, North America, Asia and Australasia,” Calamita says. “Three to five years from now we’re fully intent on being one of the global leaders in the CBD space. We have huge ambitions for the company.”
The UFC is an example of how serious Love Hemp is, but it is also a sign of what the company hopes to become.
“We’ve positioned ourselves as a lifestyle brand. We’re going to build our stake into music, fashion, art, and sport,” Calamita says. “We’re looking for similar level partnerships to UFC across all different lifestyles and demographics.”

I agree on the awareness and ticker of LIFE, it was very hard for me to initially begin the DD phase and get up to speed info, Twitter tag of LIFE is disorganized and US OTC ticker WRHLF chatter is not really existent yet.
I am from the states and this site by far has the most chatter. It’s crazy seeing fighters with the shirts on and not seeing awareness yet (I understand the UFC deal doesn’t even kick in till June 1). 722 followers on StockTwits, many are bots as the count keeps trickling down.
Ultimately this is a good thing and I interpret that as being ahead of the herd, but I do wonder what steps management may take to connect the brand to the stock more definitively.
Anyway just wanted to make an account and say hai to you fellas. I’ve been in since mid April and have a pretty sizable position. Placed my first order yesterday, a couple of tee shirts as well, and am considering the brand ambassador route.
This is a very easy hold for me. So much potential. Really excited to hear more about the Amazon stuff and breaching out into other markets worldwide.
Cheers!
