Everyone here knows the BP Australia transaction was a bad deal, SP fell from 35 to 33p now.

There is a chumpy daily PAID ramper on this board dont know his name but be carefull of the daily ramping, nothing is set in stone here, first gas 1H24? only when i hear its confirmed but until then im still not buying. This company does makes suprises such as a fundraise when you not expect. The deal with BP Australia was bad, for 220Mill (incl liabilities) we could of bought a lot more...

Whoever mentioned a fund raise here is just speculating especially with no news or press releases given. It will also be difficult for any potential fundraise esp with todays low stock price, I cant see it TBH.

I get what you mean and unfortunately in todays world there will always be a lot of mis-information and speculation from buyers and sellers. We just have to filter block continue and leave the rest to LSE for rules and regulation.

FYI i do actually like PFC, what they do is amazing work in terms of engineering, employing 8000 people around the world. I just hope they can get through this hard time and reach the highs of the past SP level. Im waiting patiently like many others here.

I get what you mean but with me and many others here its hard to tell what is fact or speculation sometimes. or any truth in the story. Im sure many of us here are sensible enough to draw our own conclusions. Investor or not we all just want to hear the hard solid honest facts.

Actually not all my posts PFC, I made a few posts about BPC now Chalenger 3 years back, But i have always followed PFC. Whats wrong with that ?

If everything is good and rosy why not just say with an RNS " no known reason for recent price drop....and reassure all the shareholders. Keeping quiet with no news is much worse IMO (like your hiding something)..who knows where this will be by Dec20.

You are right Tony99999, I have only been here a few days and have already worked out who are the rampers here trying to get us to invest and the realistic investors who are sensible enough to know the truthful facts. I am keeping an open mind and not investing a penny until more clarifty on financials. I might have a small punt at around 15p

Neil777 is honest and brave enough to tell us how it really is with PFC. I agree and with the shorts increasing day by day this is not looking good at all IMO.

This reminds me of Ophir energy some 5 years ago, If im not mistaken they had serious cash flow problems back then and had a takeover accepted for a small premium at the time.
