Charles Jillings, CEO of Utilico, energized by strong economic momentum across Latin America. Watch the video here.
I think most of us here could have written a report like that. :-) Kinda stating the obvious but anyway.

I suppose overall that's positive news.
"Ireland's Gross Domestic Product (GDP) grew by 11.1% year on year "

Lagarde seems very reluctant to make any move, if you ask me. If the ECB does raise rates (as you say by 50 basis points) then she was probably dragged to the table.
I seen her interviewed on a TV show not so long ago (it was more to do with women in positions of power, etc.) and she certainly seemed quite happy to receive the praise heaped on her but as soon as the conversation turned to banking she shut up like a clam. Says enough, doesn't it.
Observe1...
"3) the refusal by management to implement a consistent, realistic dividend and/or share buyback policy is the single biggest negative. Their decisions at end 2021 was the biggest single slap in the face for shareholders in 10 year. I cannot see this changing."
That slap sure hurt my face. Not best pleased, to say the least.
More business for BoI, so definitely a huge dividend payout next year! :-)
"The latest data from the Banking and Payments Federation of Ireland (BPFI) found its members opened some 297,000 personal current accounts between January 1 and July 8."

Nothing much either way, IMHO. More of the same as far as I can see.
"Bank of Ireland posted an underlying profit of €419m and a small decline in non-performing loans to €4.2bn. "
https://www.irishexaminer.com/business/companies/arid-40932197.html
Power to the people and all that! I guess if BoI had any such plans, they better scrap them now.
"AIB boss Colin Hunt has said the bank “had made a mistake” over its now aborted plan to withdraw cash services from more of its branches."
https://www.irishexaminer.com/business/economy/arid-40929119.html
"Around 300,000 households on tracker mortgages are likely to face cost increases of over €3,000 this year after the European Central Bank on Thursday started to raise its official rates for the first time in over a decade."
https://www.irishexaminer.com/business/economy/arid-40923734.html
I realise this news pertains to AIB, but I'm sure our gang are watching.
"AIB is to meet with officials from the Department of An Taoiseach in the coming days over its decision to remove cash services from 70 of its 170 branches."
https://www.irishexaminer.com/news/arid-40923707.html
"A British digital bank has reportedly pulled plans to enter the banking market in the Republic because it could make better returns elsewhere..."

STP... LOL!! (https://www.donedeal.ie/donkeys)
StickyToffeePudd... "quite expensive"...
I'd say it's off the charts. I'd advise anyone travelling to Ireland to bring a tent with them just in case... and perhaps look into donkey hire just to be 100% sure of things. Anyone know where to find a donkey these days! :-)
