Couple things though before I start cracking up again: First, you probably didn't notice as you were squeezing one out over your corn flakes in your massive kitchen, the order is an initial test order which is nonetheless material enough for an RNS Reach; ie., it had to be released but the company was in no way overhyping it. Second, this is a tiny company that has been investing heavily in R&D for the last 2 1/2 years and only booked a little under £300k in sales last year, so £84k is not immaterial for the time being. And finally, the RNS makes clear that there's more to come from a brand new distributor relationship which has broken into....wait for it.....one of Europe's fastest growing construction markets for the last 5 years on the trot, in particular on the luxury villa end of the market. Isn't that a hoot?

Its hard to advocate for the company at the moment, ss, at least for its share price, but I do honestly believe this level of radio silence does suggest something more substantial is likely to come from the company. Couple of home truths: 1. we know the company remains engaged in a restructuring process that will involve business sales and bolt-on purchase, which will result in a more focused company and should be shareholder friendly regardless of the form it takes. If for any reason they had abandoned the process, the company would have been compelled to report that; 2. the war in Gaza has set back the timetable significantly without a shadow of a doubt, but as we're approaching 18 months into this process, the calendar is starting to be our friend in my view; and 3. since touring London after the full-year results (I admit, I had the opportunity to meet with him again), Moti has been especially low profile, raising my hopes of deal negotiations getting more advanced.

Actually this bounce feels a bit leaky to me and since the factory and orders they’ve got in Central Europe are very real, I’m hopeful someone is hearing some positive noises (FINALLY ) coming out of Duress. No denying the radio silence the last few months (I readily admit that I thought the company would make end of Q1 to start cranking out panels on a consistent basis) has been egregious, but since I’m confident that if there were any long-term issues out of the factory or with the 2 customers, the company would never have been able to do the recent cap raise and instead would have been compelled to disclose those issues, I’m still pretty comfortable that we are delayed, not denied. Remember, this share price has fallen on very light volume, so it’s entirely reasonable to believe it can rally hard on the right kind of good news. Wild, baseless assertions from cranks like johnpwh, while understandable in some ways due to the long delays, should be ignored in the end once these guys get their production line(s) going on autopilot since this business model is simple and wildly profitable and that will be all that matters in the end.
