Good post imo from Timbo on ADVFN: I suppose they have to announce the options that have been agreed so that might be material but I think they could have left that as “for staff rewards” - announcing a nameless but high profile transforming expert could, rightly or wrongly, suggest a lack of transparency.
Perception is important, especially when the company has still to prove itself in this new direction. This has to result in revenues and the reputations of FG and his associates can’t be the only hook for people to hang their investment on.
The RNS for 27/12/2017 announcing the company’s first foray into BRC mining made great play of FG’s background in IT lecturing and how well he understood the theory applicable to Blockchain technologies. FG is undoubtedly a very clever man but so far that hasn’t translated into any return on investment.
So the company need to quickly PROVE that their plans can result in actual revenues not just potential before they earn credibility. Then the market can sit up and take notice.
Some on this BB are talking as if this is a slam dunk investment. It isn’t. It might be a great investment one day but there is nothing YET of value presented to shareholders apart from the cash in the bank. Even if you are keen on an investment investors do well to approach any RNS with a healthy skepticism rather than taking them as guarantees of future performance. Confirmation bias clouds judgment not improves it.

Agreed, we do not want any more interviews please.. some more news via anRNS would be most welcomed.
