Wanted to see the reason why is was duff cause an AGM resolution said only one new issue of shares in this financial year. Therefore can't be another placing til at least April...right? At that time should be in profit? Right.

Not surprisingly NT to sell in large amounts. On the face of it, it looks like nobody really wanted the shares but behind close doors 500k mightve been the target and limit more shares in circulation.
