Key Points... * Targeting annualised cost savings of approximately £3m by closing its technology centre in Bangalore & streamlining the European operations, etc. * Net revenue for the full year to exceed £8.5m. * & net revenue for 2015 to grow by between 80% to 100% (so £15m - £17m). * "These benefits will likely be realised towards the end of 2015 or early 2016." * Cash balance at the end of 2014 was £8.5 million & expects cash flow break even by early 2016.... ...largely because it currently expects to pay out between £22m & £24m following the acquisition of base79... ..."The payment will be satisfied by a combination of new equity, unsecured loan notes or cash."
