i tend to think that if a person has been posting on the board for some time, they have an interest, and if they have an interest they have a right to be either rose tinted or frustrated, they are a shareholder, end of !!

people focus on different issues, different aspects of a company to arrive at a valuation.

some on here are rose tinted without even a negative thought. Tony has commented many times on many things, he oversaw the failed RTO, he had expected pendulum in July, August, September , he is a good chap but Tonys view is exactly that, a view.

markets are a product of two way opinion people, whether the naive like ICB888 consider it an affront to post constructive criticisms on a company simply does not matter.

its how markets work and most seasoned investors will consider all aspects open to them at the time prior to placing funds.

we LTH's have seen the disappointment from this sh5t show over the past Year , however that should not now prevent holding to claim the significant capital gains now we appear on the cusp of orders...

for balance, we were priced at £1 , when we were on the cusp of orders in April/May

it could and should be argued that ODX are in a much stronger position here, so as soon as we have confirmation of orders rather than speculation, were off to the moon..... AGAIN !!

i am rather hopeful that October will prove the new April, don't really want it running too much further, its been a very long wait.

i'd rather bypass the £4's and go straight to the £5's and £6's, lets hope the trading update facilitates that scenario.

i'd still very much like to understand the dynamics that see us priced here compared to some of the non profitable crap we see surging. i've researched extensively and do not have a definitive conclusion.

understand what you are getting at with regards Microfocus, its a value play, but even more worrying, if its a value play and we are down here then no one sees value , at the moment, we long term holders did and do see massive value, so we wait until the market wakes up to ot.

MIcrofocus , by a country mile, is the largest holdin g in my long term portfolio, its number 3i n my short term portfolio.

a tin pot company called darktrace goes higher and higher, with less revenue, less customers, no profits, no dividends yet a long standing UK tech company, covers itself in more **** on a daily basis.

what doesn't the market like about Microfocus that it does about darktrace,

i struggle to believe where we find ourselves now, when we look at where we were in March and June.

when the order RNS does come, the spike will be heavily sold in to,, however WITH orders new investors will then arrive to take the stock higher after the initial sell off.

we are all just sick of waiting for this to begin now, so all LTH can do now is wait.
