massive multiples being paid for gaming companies, and for big tech £100/£200/£300m is "pocket change"

we have to speculate as to whether their is more than one suitor at the table now, did rather expect news from them in Nov or Dec or indeed Jan with regards deals if nothing else.

all we have had is silence, from which i assume negotiations continue.

as you mentioned the other day, we will find out on 28th Feb, so only a few weeks to wait for definitive news., should it not drop before.

for this reason i would not want to be out of the stock, neither would i trade it, as news could drop at any time.

i have said numerous time s over the past few Years, i'd rather see the coimp[any closed down now and Parry taken to account, rather than see him escape with all value from the company, as his family achieved previously ion Australia.

a safeguard on remaining assets (RAILSBANK) would be required, however its a real problem when you have to protect shareholder assets from an arguably duplicitous and nefarious CEO.

don't forget he will then require to raise more funds by selling down railsbank to fund his tech "vision" of relisting a company with £28k revenue.

Dynasty saga certainly dragging on... as long as they get the price they are happy with. i'm sure we BLU shareholders will be happy too.

even at £150m its ( £20.5m) 0.4 per share to BLU, then satoshipay is in for free, insane but markets really can be inefficient sometimes, however the market is awaiting a level of certainty with regards Satoshipay and i think that happens when the parachain happens.

we know we have news on both fronts in a couple of months MAX but could drop anytime , so a case of patience i suppose

we are in a state of uncertainty now, many had taken speculative positions ahead of expected Dynasty news, which has not yet arrived, thus the short term speculative positions have been unwound, must admit i do see a rest of 0.28 now (all things remaining equal )

we really should have had an update from Dynasty by now, it was alluded to in november that we should have news on multiple fronts through december / january, we have had squat.
Dynasty are a class outfit, thus we must speculate the reason for lack of news is ongoing talks, thrashing out an acceptable take out price.

so.... whilst talks continue, we must continue to wait (im)patiently !!!

"Nasdaq which look to be bottomed"... a 22% decline from the top..

for all those that know and understand financial markets...a 20% decline from top (of an index in particular) signals something far more bearish.

i made the call last week mid to late .30's , it came to pass.

i have no wish to see us sell down to .28 , however that is support line.

see how today plays out, i am adding at these levels and when /if goes lower, i'll keep adding.

fleshes the valuation bones a little, of course that's all that can be achieved at this early stage.
once pendulum goes live, value can more easily be ascertained.

we await Dynasty news, 2 scenarios

1...if the anticipated bid is off , they were "talking" to one big tech company, they are not obliged to advise market if they have stopped talking. which leads to 2

2... IPO is April 2022? , if memory services, so if number 1 does not come to fruition, we will hear nothing else until March at earliest, at which time they will advise of IPO date

so we have a position of uncertainty , for a maximum of a couple of months and for a minimum until Dynasty advise what the conclusion of big tech is. or Pendulum goes live (which is anticipated Q2 ? )

Money can be made from uncertainty !!

is it anticipated that BLU shareholders may be able to participate in PEN token (other than open market)

i suspect you maybe are not privy to this info yet, but will be interesting to see how we BLUY shareholders may get a few PEN at a reasonable price.
