i think the big issue now duke, is that many genuine shareholders have attempted to contact blue star / del boy to find just what the mess about dealing is all about.

they have not even had the courtesy of a reply.
if Lew is not up to the job, or does not have time to reply to shareholders, then its simple... TIME TO GO !!!

not easy having an international domiciled CEO anyway, Blue Star is simply not a priority for him, lets get a young hungry CEO in to put some effort into marketing the company and reward him based on how the company share price performs. i would not back lew under these terms, doubt many shareholders would.

you are a superb asset to this thread, i value your posting and research.

i would like Lew to get on top of things though, he has done an extremely poor job thus far, and quite what is happening with the Hargreaves Lansdown saga i am unsure, he should have been all over it immediately as a large part of buy side action has been disabled.

more geekery , we need monetisation and value.... and SOON.

blue star weakens by the day from the all important market cap ( share price x shares in issue) perspective, whilst the geeks get excited about the "empirical" stuff.

one of the projects needs to break cover on value soon otherwise blue star will be down the shi55er and back to 0.1 at which point we will all be calling for Lew to go !!!

yes indeed, i am very well aware of all of that, you have provbably seen many of my posts too : )

i am extremely well versed in all aspects of financial markets :)

people seem to lose touch with the reaility that this is about ROCE, nothing else !!

from n investment perspective though , you are here to make money, some of us have been here for 5+ years now, and whilst we are all reasonably excited by the geekery involved in these projects as leading edge, it remains our primary objective, is monetisation and capital gain.

doesn't matter how many projects they add, the only thing that matters is monetisation and subsequent valuation.

we've now gone from a down cycle in 2017 to another down cycle in 2022, and satoshipay valuation is still a mystery ( to the market) with only book value being on BLU's accounts, add to that a delinquent CEO , we have heard more from Lord Lucan than we have Lew !! well maybe not ;) but its a close run thing !!!

it is overdue that BLU start to push the ticket and if Dynasty and Satoshipay do not move soon, we need to be advised when this is likely as the investment is becoming very protracted.

medium term investment is 5 years, Satoshipay has been at the teat now for 8 years, they are about to deliver , i want the uncertainty removed, only way is monetisation and valuation.

People getting excited about Guild? seriously ?

1 year ago, price was 7 pence, del boy shoudl,have been selling our stake then, but of course he took chairman role and created a conflict of interest.

share price now 2 pence ..... says it all really !!!

del boy has done squat, no marketing, no interviews, nothing... he is obviously MIA, and his cronies are selling , maybe for reasons you mention, there is obviously substantial value here for anyone able to do basic maths and basic research.

well done to you and nic for standing up for shareholders, lets hope our proxy CEO doesn't have a go for a third time.

a couple of months time tells all, but short term this has been an absolute DISASTER with absolutely zero from the proxy CEO.
