Ive been in and out of here. Thinking about getting in again. Curious Jet7 about your last paragraph... was there ever a report of misapplication side effects? Or do we wait to get our hands on the product and test it for ourselves before deciding if it works...?
3.5p was what I expected. That's 14p on a yearly basis assuming same figure every quarter. There's probably more to come after the share premium cash gets unlocked but we have to wait until the court approves, later in june/july.
It typically takes a few days before primary bid transfers shares to personal accounts and then available for trading. Also varies on the broker. I'm with II, nothing showing yet and I don't expect anything til tomorrow earliest.
potential new investor here, but after some research, I can't help thinking investing directly in He1 is a better choice. Anyone else find the Scirocco website complete pants and difficult to navigate?
The price drop is already factored in after the announcement on Friday. 43p from 53.6p at end of play last thursday is roughly new price expected from new shares due to placement, subscription and offer (all at 30p) assuming full take up.
New to this stock - so bear with me. Any thoughts as to why each director put in exactly the same amount, i.e. bought 30k shares each. Looks like a coordinated buying effort; the cynic in me wants to push deeper into the motivation behind a coordinated effort.
I'm on II. There you have to take an action with the rights offer. Either decide to take the offer and buy, or sell the rights. Do nothing and the rights options become worthless, cut off date is 21st January if I recall correctly.
