I know for a fact to get on the special forces entry test you had to be able to cover 6 miles in 40 minutes. No doubt this has been watered down to accommodate women in the regiment. Don't imagine the tests are anything like the garbage show on channel 4 most of them wouldn't have made it past the physical requirements to be on the course.
