Agree lti parts of Africa might be a problem..Russia and Canada would be far more habitable. Lti yr a smart man. We are a tropically evolved species. If we did control the temperature of earth, which we don't, we'd be absolutely fine on a warmer planet.

Stage we live in an ice age and the planet is 10 degrees cooler than it was 50m years ago. So we dont even need to worry about capturing co2 (plant food) since around 50% of the warming is due to thermometers in urban heat islands, something confirmed by the sea temperature and satellite data.

Stage we could of course just burn the coal beneath our feet rather than chopping down virgin forests in Canada. Of course know nothing judges who should be sent camping in winter to Scotland have banned using our own coal.
