We have one of highest inheritance tax rate in the world and one of the lowest thresholds. In the USA for instance the rate is zero to 10m dollars I believe. The UK is steadily being turned in to a hard left state where the parasite state pilfers what they please. Dr patience agree banks are already levied but Starmer is your typical socialist who will smash up business without a second thought as to the consequences. I'd also point out wind has displaced zero other capacity in the grid since when there is no wind we will be using a mix of gas, nuclear, coal, grid connectors (french nuclear) and pump storage.
