The point of this discussion is that we will have the funds available, either through debt or in a couple of years when revenue is coming into the company. So to put it another way, why dilute when a short period of time would solve the issue.

Hi Bamps, the point I was making is that with the revenue due to be flowing into the coffers when we enter production there shouldn't be any need for dilution if debt is in place. Once the revenue is flowing, crack on with it.

Sounds like he might have to be brought to heel over any further dilution. Surely he must be able to finance growth when we get the revenue stream coming in and with regards to expanding the board, this company needs to be able to walk before it starts trying to run.
