Nice lil consolidation from yesterdays rise, so we should see some solid growth in this company now in the next few days/weeks with their new positive strategy and the relinquishment of CEO's special share rights.

Well someone seems to be mopping up shares and MM's encouraging sells.

Second time round I have a 99.99% of this being approved by FDA now, as this is the only issue that needs to be resolved. It's like taking a basketball shot second time around, except this time... the Hoop is twice the size, and the ball is half the size... ain't gona miss!

Could be as simple reason as manufacturing costs, or manufacturing speed/Country origin. I doubt very much it will be due to depreciation in quality of the end product. Engineering company's work to design specifications, this would've been the same.

Either-way, once POLX provides the additional reasons and paperwork, I see no further hold to FDA passing.

TBH, I would've thought that IF the Xenon Polariser was different in specification, then POLX would've included the paperwork for this. FDA should've just asked for the clarification rather than re-admission. What a silly waste of time on FDA's part.

This will be assessed ASAP by POLX BoD and submission and passing should be a minimum time period possible!

Directors are in the position as are the investors IMO, the only inside info I could think of which we know, (or should know), is that they, like us, are not privy to the final FDA decision! THAT, would be the ultimate market changing fact.

Regardless, they, (BoD), have shown by further investing that they'll be able to resolve these minor issues that the FDA have outlined. THIS is confidence that POLX will come to a fruitful resolution of the matter... and that the FDA will clear on these amendments.

I've been invested since 90p days, and been watching the BB for a while... seems it's only Foolgazi and BlueBalls who are advocating against the CEO's "No RI", statement... and really no-one else. Seems a simple tag team agenda driven couple, with nothing better to do.

There'll come a point when you'll just say, "Wow, well that was well worth the wait!"... especially after December when they announce successful drill.

I think a lot are missing the point here, FDA only are interested in the amendments they have/will, (specifically), want rectified and therefore POLX tech team will adjust or have a feasible and agreeable work-around. Once they're happy they've fulfilled the FDA requirements, the application will be re-submitted and FDA will target and evaluate the amendments and clear it.

Therefore I expect the second round to be much quicker than evaluation from the start. As I said before, the drop of over 50% was well over-done and prob more to do with triggering stop-losses on the way down, (domino effect). OVER 50% drop on a valid and viable product that HAS a future in medical science! Complete nonsense the drop and expect it to bounce back to at least ~70p and then higher on company set timelines.

The facts outlined above are pretty simple, there's no ramp or deramp. DYOR!
