@bigpat, I believe I had it in Nov 2019, contracted from some bloke I was working for from South Africa. Was the worst flu I ever had and knocked me for six for 2 weeks... but I recovered, and therefore I believe I had antibodies during that fight. Covid was just rearing it's head back then. I live in London and still use the underground and have travelled around London on a regular basis.. following the LAW in regards to masks.. In fact I wear one regardless when out.

I was even out last night and went to Asda, noticed majority of folks not wearing masks, even tho Omicron is on the news and that the current vaccine may or may not be able to deal with it. Even though it's law now, you'll still see folks on buses and the underground flouting rules.

Go figure eh.

@SeagullsFan, my aunt, (age 68), passed away in Dec last year, caught a flu which became a chest infection... Doctors wouldn't see her because of Covid... We couldn't get her tested as she became so weak...Called ambulance, who came dolled up in full covid gear. As soon as they walked in, first thing they said after looking at her.."Covid..", I said "What do u mean Covid.. you haven't even tested her yet?!"

They took her to hosp, ended up in a Covid ward.. Spoke to Doc who did TWO PCR tests, which came back negative! She eventually died because she became so weak as they were more focused on a covid treatment, rather than a 'Chest Infection' treatment, so took their sweet F**king time!

On her death certificate, it says as reason for death.."Covid", and that says it all. To this day I remain unvaccinated and I don't give a f**k what others think.. I don't trust the Govt. or these massive Med Institutions. You just can't develop a safe and effective vaccine in a few months... as proved now IMO
