@Rob, 100% agree... but charts do matter when gaps in news appear, and get 100% reset when news drops! I derisked substantially at approx 1.79 and 1.80. After my lil ADV run in, I'm now covered for that loss plus more... so happy with that. Ploughed a lot of the profits into POLY at the drop on Tuesday, and now very happy as I derisked it this morning.

No more oil plays for me...my fingers still healing from the burns in ADV..(psychologically lol)

@Rob, same here... except for buying in at this level, as I can see seller is pretty active atm, so i'll see where it settles.

Clearly there's a distressed seller from yesterdays action still processing orders from price action. When they're done this will return to some normality and go thru market correction.

I have to agree with Wress, Sanctions will have to be lifted if a peace deal is agreed, or Putin will just pull the gas and oil.. IF the U.S haven't learnt their lesson... it soon will when supplies are cut. BOTH EU & U.S are AVOIDING that scenario.

If you think all those companies that have removed their business's from Russia are not hurting, then you're greatly mistaken. Mastercard, Visa, financials, social media platforms, retail sector companies are suffering, because you CAN'T just remove such a large part of economics from businesses so abruptly!... Right now they're following public sentiment, but if this mess isn't sorted then their next financials are going to be bloody appalling!... and they know it!!!

If this goes on too long, all these sectors will put pressure on their respective Govt's.

Right now Zelensky's playing the hero card, which is all well and good... BUT how long will the displaced families clap?? Soon, it will be a case of heroics only go so far and it's not worth the cost to Ukraine through infrastructure and social economics!

Nope... that's all Putin ever wanted... a demilitarised zone, and for Ukraine to be a neutral state....and REMAIN a neutral and for the U.S to stop sticking its finger up Ukraines a**, and pish off back to it's own region.

Also note, I believe that Putin wants to commit as much damage to Ukraine as possible so that it's (1.) Set back in time, and will take a few years to rebuild and (2.) Apply such a punch that Ukranians KNOW who's "da king", in the region and not to mess about with US pondering NATO membership

There's nothing wrong with the company, it was a top tier company... and with regards to BoD and structure, it still is, albeit just not in a top FT listing anymore.. but everything else is the same with regards to operation and management.

This will all blow over once things have settled in Eastern Europe and U.S and EU realise this is unwinnable situation that's hurting them as much as it's hurting Russia.. Who really cares about lil ol'Ukraine, The U.S certainly don't and really EU can't do f'all tbh

In this scenario or context, Ukraine is the referee that took the punch and is lying on floor knocked out!

Well it looks like the yanks don't want to stop their supply of oil from Russia right now lol... Germans need the gas supply, so looks like we're gona have to have some serious resolving of issues in Ukraine. Zelennsky's had his hero moment at the cost of half his nation disappearing across the borders and U.S and E.U still just patting him on the back.

Zelensky's best chance is to listen to Putin... sign what he wants and keep Ukraine a Neutral state..IF Putin will allow that now lol, coz the balls in his court!

Company is just protecting itself from any further sanctions, just being careful..quite clever actually. No such sanctions announced as yet! All good.

Also prob some decent large shorters set themselves up at the 12-15p area causing the extra push...prob exited at this level.

It's this low due to a major ii dumping due to their "No russian shares" mantra, alongside maybe other investors, when all is settled the sp will recover to true value with or without Russian assets.
