TR1 Monday?... duno ...all depends whether the accounting dept. has forwarded the info to ESL to publish an RNS.

Trust me they're lurking... or some buyer is! Think they've bought loads of shares on the quiet taking advantage of the price... they'll make an offer BUT not when the Majors are selling... there's no point in putting forward an offer until the seller is done and helping them profit from the offer and higher sp.

Ojls, AXA is a major II, I don't they intentionally for purpose are holding back the info... IMO they're PF must be massively in the red and they're in panic mode themselves. There's nothing out there aside from a few pharma's linked to Covid-19 that are doing well right now!

I spose what the company could do is to tell the seller to issue the details as per AIM rules so a TR1 can be posted.

@everyone else who's invested.. I still see a value WELL north of current sp.. so i'm not worried otherwise I would've pulled out long ago.. as I said current market stats and seller in-play over here. BUT people predicting low sp's with one liners don't favour with me..

I think you have to remember that all these ii's are losing money across the board in their portfolios, so understandably they must be pulling their hair out right now... Wouldn't be surprised that their selling out of a lot of different stocks right now to save themselves to a certain degree! This could be the reason of delay of TR1's on our behalf.

Personally unless your liquid enough to make some other or more in here.. it's pointless looking at the share price in ESL, we already know it's massively undervalued, but alongside that the market generally is very down.. there are a very few shares that have their heads above water today!

Morning All, Alan, I believe it's the duty of the shareholder/shareholders accountant to make communication with the company to let them know their status re: holding... and then the company RNS the relevant info... hence the delay!
