It's just the organised skanking of investors that is rife on AIM.
IMO it's criminal, but they get away with it.
Good post soleboy.
Boohoo so successful YET anonymous people on here know better on how to run Medusa and keep pulling it down.
The jokes on them (keyboard know-it-alls).
In fact same goes for Sir Al. Lots on here THINK they know better than him and they're not even scientists.
The wonder of the modern day internet, has a lot to answer for.
glalth
Rorkes Drift,
Looks like it's set up for Cytiva to produce and distribute in the States and Avacta to find similar manufacturing units around the world.
Avacta would benefit from Cytiva by receiving an amount per unit sold and also be privy to Cytiva work on how the LFT is manufactured etc.
All looks good to me and Trump will be happy because it's an American Co. fronting the process.
All opinions but is a sensible way forward
He has stated that the process of bringing the test to market normally takes months/ years and they are fast tracking this asap.
Snags bound to happen, but give him the benefit of the doubt, he now states end of June for prototype.
Don't forget with the best will in the world, the timescale is out of his hands awaiting Cytiva.
My take is that they will try to get it done in time for the meeting next week and surprise everybody (imo)
Don't think "strategic US investor" will sell after they have been mentioned positively by sir Al.
I'm hoping they have a big chunk and hold, say 20m ( pure guess)
From summary of latest presentation:-
"discussions on-going with potential new partners."
SP is controlled by the persistent seller, nothing to do with oil price (oil price doubled in last few weeks and UKOG SP static)
Bargain then,
thanks
SleepyDave/ Milcait/ Ab8dct,
Thanks for this, so what do the Medical council get out of it for giving the grant?
Do AVCT pay anyone for the right of commercialising it?
Question, as I can't find an answer myself. Thanks in anticipation:-
From the tweet yesterday, Tomlinson Lab have hopefully made a great breakthrough in affimer cancer treatment.
How does it relate back to Avacta?
Have Avacta paid upfront for this service?
Will Avacta buy the info from the Lab?
Not sure how it works,
Thanks for all sensible replies
The covid story is big, BUT on the latest update from Myles he states :-
"For us, the potential upside
residing within the Company’s assets and projects focussed on oncology, dwarfs that of all of its (potential)
COVID-19 projects. We believe that most new investors will likewise perceive this and realise that there is
immense upside potential for Avacta’s valuation, regardless of its COVID-19-specific workstreams."
Also after the latest tweet from Tomlinson Labs, discussed today, I am sure in my own mind that we sitting on massive potential.
PS these are my views and dyor plse.
Moniman, you are so devious.
Trying to act innocent when 143 of your last posts out of 196 are on the Open Orhan site.
Trying to advertise but shot down in flames.

Psychotic behaviour every week .
Yes, a GM is needed to authorise this bit of the placing.
Agree Timbo, originally they said they would outsource this extra production, BUT much better to keep it in house to guarantee delivery and quality.
Just a sweetener for the PI's because of oversubscribing.
It's not up to SS, YA draw down as much as they want, when they want to.
Basic info from contract.
