Regarding the JV according to April 20h RNS AM stated that the JV has progressed to discussion of commercial terms - that was 2.5 months ago...

Well AM was desperate to get funding for his GGS. He not only has the money to execute the first phase we are nearly two months into its construction. A lot have been waiting for this potential as the oil pressure is too high for the current unit alone. He one said to me that lots of oil pressure ultimately is a good thing. By mid August I'm hoping the GSS will be constructed generating at least 2,500 bopd from the off. The three Cole Creek wells will be completed flowing unstimulated and triangulated. I also hope that the JV will be done concluded/completed by then
