No objections RNS this morning so looking even more encouraging for Cameroon sign off. TBH why would we be refused it at this late stage of our PSC condition
Ive explained my logic - do what you want with it. No one person here represents TRP. Whether it lands Monday/tuesday or not. I firmly believe it will be granted for the legal reasons stipulated. So the research document was quite accurate and official so do what you like i was merely sharing. Your money your button pressing. Ultimately it should be ours once the two days are up
The law and tax petroleum code dated 2017 is accurate for our 2015 PSC. Check it out. Legally it should be granted by Cameroom after 60 days. There is a new code but the old code is legally binding. Obviously Cameroon can do what they want. The encouraging thing is the prime minster's personal interest which can from JA's published comments so hopefully we'll be granted soon enough.
We are governed by a PSC signed in 2015 which states that we have approval by default within 60 days if not objected.
Seeing as that is up then in theory we have been granted it. Lets see what the Cameroon government does. They will want this drilled as much as us. They will want the investment.
Cameroon want this drilled. JA is experienced and Beluga want to capitalise on 80% COS on Thali and potential upside at $80 a barrel. The 60 day timeframe expires. The Ministry have granted approval by default. Tower wait to be formaly informed. An RNS is released to confirm the approval.
A randon PDF ocument pertaininng all O&G legislation for each Aftrican country - oh please. You'd do well to actually open the document in the first instance. To**er
