The second tranche of the Placing, to raise a total of £1,090,806 by the issue of 54,540,300 Placing Shares (being the Second Placing Shares) at the Issue Price, is conditional upon, inter alia, the passing of the Resolution to be put to Shareholders at the General Meeting (granting the Directors authority to allot new ordinary shares otherwise than on a pre-emptive basis). In addition, the allotment of the Second Placing Shares is conditional, inter alia, on the Placing Agreement becoming unconditional in respect of the Second Placing Shares and not being terminated in accordance with its terms prior to admission to AIM (Second Admission). It is expected that Second Admission will take place on 14 December 2022.

Talk of up to £3.60p a share due to the billion barrel discovery. Some would take 50p. Yet we are hear being bullied at 12p. This ridiculous evaluation can't continue for ever. It's a giving away price at the minute. 2023 could/should be exceptional here

The cornerstone investor is important at this stage. The MMs have a bit more confetti - that's life. Horizntal drilling in January and hopefully both decent and transformative ews on the horizon. I believe the comment that AM is both frustrated and very positive. As he stated AM and the team will get round the technical field issues and have including dewaxing and completion of a vapour recovery system so well done and hopefully production will reflect this through flaring extra and the stuff is bursting to get out.

Sources conflict on the exact makeup of Big Oil today, though the companies which are most frequently mentioned as supermajors are ExxonMobil, Chevron, BP, Shell, Eni and TotalEnergies, with ConocoPhillips frequently being included as well prior to spinning off its downstream operations into Phillips 66.

If we had ExxonMobil interested due to the carbon capture potential which does fit- then I'll fall of my chair. I'd be surprised but you never know.....!

Hopefully 2023 will be the year. There's loads of oil to extract and those 6 work overs will generate a serious amount of revenue (2000bopd is $50M even at $70!

OFC that is well before any Fed deep drilling is considered. Apparently all wells are now back online. If accurate we should be smashing 2000 bopd up from 1500 six weeks ago.

Patience hopefully will start to pay.

From the investor presentation: ORR own 90% of the licenses and 10 of these covering over 4000km squared with a 10 year license in place. Also, have an active lithium project.

ORR will be applying for R&D and asset value grants aggressively in early 2023 which will generate in excess of £500k..

When the resource is this shallow (at 30m below ground level) it has huge implications for reduced CAPEX

Grades are as good as GCATs yet over 3 times cheaper - the JORC will start to bring the attention to our asset

Especially being one of the first companys in Cameroon to confirm such gold mineralisation. This is only a drop in the ocean of their surrounding tenements. Also fully funded well into 2023.
