The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
I'm very annoyed by current share price/action. However, there are two firm examples of 1000 bopd production from horizontal wells. Just need to drill them - we have permits in hand
The tipping point is getting closer day by day. We are all beginning to sense transformation on the horizon. Blink and we could miss it. Such O&G acquisitions are for vast sums of money. These big company's are flush and there will be supply shortages in the years and decades ahead so they are maneuvering according.
COPL have significant barrels in place and valued at £15M with cash, GGS installed and a road map to significantly improved production and profitability. Clock is counting down on the next move post LOI. 100% CC ownership is heavily weighted in our favour.
Then of course it's carbon capture 🧐
Perhaps Continental/Devon/Chevron could come in with a hefty bid. After all it's NDA NOT exclusive.
Would love an offer for everything just like UPL this morning. 40p a share would do me
It's no secret that AM has always desired credible institutions on board. Instead we attracted ultra wonga boys with slightly deeper pockets under the guise of a cornerstone investor.
I believe that AM wants to conclude JV talks with the best possible deal and one that attracts some quality institutions because at present in the eyes of most his reputation and legacy is in the gutter. However, he is one big RNS away from re-writing his legacy. The asset speaks for itself.
Hopefully we'll all have a better Xmas and New Year after the last shambolic fallout
The JV will come and tbh it's the least this outfit can do after they fleeced the 'friends of COPL' of their wealth.
And when is that implicit finance man of ours going to do good for us rather than lining the pockets of the corrupt entities
It sad that our cornerstone investors are such corrupt dirtbags. At least the asset is very good indeed
Even if it was a no then there will be plenty if suitors once the info goes public
Anavio our cornerstone investor has proven to be a bunch of (insert here) which has been very unfortunate for pi's. Nonetheless, the asset is would many many multiples of the current MCap. Once the JV is announced this will go stratospheric. Some have suggested it might be a buy out. A second well has already been recompleted in CC and it flows unstimulated in Aug 2023. Aside production will now go up too sustainable levels...
Tsunami JV next month would be Ace and certainly not a pipe dream
*100 million
Extraction of a tenth or 100M billion barrels represents well over $1billion in revenue
Verdict: highly lucrative
Apparently, billion barrel equivalent volume converts in carbon capture metric to $11 billion in credits. That's why the big boys are Wyoming. A On land in a safe jurisdiction with strong infrastructure links and a nice impermeable seal to boot. £15M MCap with all that credit potential. Then there's the oil it's self. Currently, valued below equipment and pipework on site.
Agreed when have we ever took field production and said COPL have produced this S. Corp have produced that. Ultimately it's field production. We need above 2000 bopd to be fully sustainable. What's more important- at what WTI. $80??. If it hits $100plus??
Tom Richardson, Chairman said:
"I am delighted with the support from all our major stakeholders through this challenging period. They are all world class institutions with their own reputations for excellence. Their belief in this team and our strategy to deliver returns for all investors is both welcome and reassuring."
Same guy?? Billionaire family guy...be nice to be confirmed
Horizon wells just north of our site producing 1000 bopd. Hoping for bags identified one that hit 6000 bopd.
We have a sh**t load of oil which was confirmed in the Fed deep through 7 potential sand oil bearing horizons.
We confirmed that CC produced 100 bopd on an unstimulated work over.
The area and resource is mind blowing.
We are ALREADY a producer and hooe to hit 2000 plus bopd near term.
A LOI signed potentially with Exxon.
Also we have finance sorted.
Yet we have some twonks that don't understand O&G trying to convince me that this is fair value at £15M MCap.
Know the facts and know your own mind.
GLA
Foul SP performance but hopefully we are a lot further down the road now to success. Patience. Let's hope we're all singing and dancing in 2024
If there was an orderly market we'd start to move up in anticipation. If we hit 2000 bopd plus in December that's an 80% increase :::))) Currently no value assigned to Cole Creek. Under NDA with a LOI issued nearly 3 months ago....
Just another brick in the wall that guy.
£15M MCap...that's one thing that can't be disputed and the fact that they are loading the pay zone with over $1M of NGL by Nov end. Six big boys also tied into the GGS.
