published on zol website gives low estimate of future revenue $ 1.613 bln , which is circa close to my earlier calculation of prove and probable (2P) enterprise value $ 1.571 mld based on data from Share Magazine. ( I was stunned to see this similarity of numbers). Shareholder Circular also gives the low price for 1000 cm of gas at $ 194 (page 82 of circular).Now , I know it is rough and simple way of thinking but zol 0.75 trillion cubic feet reserves means 21.89 bln cubic meters , so our gross value reaches $ 4.25 bln for all proven and probable gas. And still they talk about up-grade and more potential.

Last three sentences from first paragraph.Amazing data.The annual design is for:0.5 bcm of gas , 146 million barrels of condensate and 958.1 million barrels of oil.The plant is curently operating below capacity.Once on production,the Zhdanovskoye,Krasnokutskoye,east Kapenskoye and Morkonskoye fields will contribute to filling the Western Gas Plant's total capacity.

last year we did not see a spike in share price instead there was steady rise up to day of GM. With Bortovoy licence zol got proven and probable 137.4 mmboe equivalent plus Kolotogar which has 75 mmboe we have 212.4 mmboe.According to Share Mag. Liberum Capitalin in January had enterprise value per proven and probable (2P) at $7.4 per barrel.So we have 1.571 bln $ .Soon we will get news on well100 in Karpenskoye field which will spud,the know it.Through out the whole area we have 130 wells already drilled.Amazing.We have Western Plant - functional but not in full capacity and capacity is 958.1 milion barrel of oil per year - small Quatar !!

Consolidation level 104p - for what ? Maybe MM and wide market thought that zol is going to sell new shares at this level raising capital for new acquisition but that was not needed and in fact the number of share in PI hands as a percentage of total number of shares has been diminished.Free float even tighter. And now ,we know what the business model like : zol probably will not ask for cash PI and new shares will be in strong hands.

Totally agree,everything is and can be rigged but after first deal we have been taken down from over 180 to current level.

if MM would drive the share price down it would be utter manipulation !!!!!!!!
