TS is of course right that it also influences the likelihood of a deal with another interested party as the price of gold clearly has an effect on the profits they would make from such a venture.

Dear Rockfire,

I emailed this week after the announcement of the placing. I have followed recent progress at Molaoi with great interest and can see how significant the project is becoming.

I was VERY DISAPPOINTED by the recent raise which was really a 50% discount on most recent share price activity. From a more historical aspect, I pity longer term holders than me who must find the raise price galling in the extreme.

How does management propose to return any confidence in the companies future share price value with behaviour like this? I would appreciate an answer since you offer a contact email.

There certainly needs to be communication to the wider market about future plans.

I know management have taken part in the current raise to some extent, but not with great significance. Not enough to inspire market conviction. A new interview/communications are desperately required to get Rockfire’s share price back on track and management taking remuneration in shares NOT cash would be a significant boost to investor confidence.

Questions sent....

1. Will Blue Mountain be in production in 2025? You need a licence, even after making sure the alluvial deposit is going to process well enough (hopefully you know the answer to this already) and will require capital to commence. Can you get this into production without further dilution?

2. Given that ECR have too many projects to handle with the modest finance available, which projects are you hoping to JV?

3. Is the tax loss 'benefit’ really credible?

4. The exiting Antimony find at Bailieston was 140M below surface and narrow. ECR do not have the resources to properly explore for further high grade veins. How do you propose to proceed.

5. Share price performance has recently been very poor. Why should long term holders have faith in the current management.

I'll laugh if the placing is at a premium..... or a 'Big-boy' just buys ROCK.... not sure everyone will be so happy ;-)

Given the evidently 'World Class' nature of this resource... this could be one of the most 'interesting' share-price journeys for a while.... there must be a whole bunch of eye-on....

It does have the look of 'leaky-ship' but if the news is different..... well it sure will be 'interesting'.... watching with interest..
