Basicall jon, the opportunity here has been extended by the consistent seller at .38. How long that continues is anyone's guess. Are these placing shares? Could well be. Not the greatest price to sell but in the grand scheme of things ORR is at the beginning of a very significant phase or it's development and decent numbers out of initial Bibemi drills will 'light this up' BIG time.
