no, im not saying they don't care and of course they want to be assured they are going to be paid for gas. but we are talking of two different company's and two different license and really with two different agenders. but in saying that there is that 29% connection, so maybe just maybe, when Aminex states in their HY Report (regarding the receivables) that they believe, "that both parties agree that these matters need to be resolved satisfactorily and swiftly to benefit the local gas industry and enable Tanzania to secure further investment and upstream gas developmen", they are eluding to the Ntorya ((seismic drilling etc), which would indicate that during negotiations of F/O, license extension etc by all parties , that some pressure was laid to bear on the Gov/TPDC regarding the receivables, and due consideration has been taken. yes fingers crossed
"The Company can also report that our negotiations with the Tanzania Petroleum Development Corporation ("TPDC") have made substantial progress in seeking resolution of the outstanding payments for past gas sales from the Kiliwani North development licence. The Company appreciates the TPDC's constructive approach to the negotiations and believes that both parties agree that these matters need to be resolved satisfactorily and swiftly to benefit the local gas industry and enable Tanzania to secure further investment and upstream gas development."
