As you know I’m in a heavy loss…. But will hang in there!.

I was thinking about how we can turn this low feeling to our advantage.

Prior to the drop, there was a lot of people talking around how “easy” it was to set up a fast fashion business and that there are soo many competitors that will ruin Boohoo market share.

The drop was caused by “Costs” mainly. Do we actually believe these small time / pop up competitors will actually survive? Lol. I do not think so.

We are going through a harsh cleansing phase… this will soon wipe out soo many businesses leaving 2/3 big players to survive and completely take over.

No small company will be able to handle the costs / have a slick automation platform and be environmentally friendly.

Now I will sit back and enjoy the ride back up knowing Boohoo will have less competition to deal with and polish the brand and increase market share.

This was necessary and a good thing.

Boohoo and Asos will be the only U.K. clothing companies online that will take dominance for years to come.

Kallumma - it’s not a loss. It’s what happens when you invest. Prices fluctuate.

Losses materialise into gains and that’s where I will wait in patience. I do not declare/justify my reasons in detail when investing.

It’s just the way I work. I have investments elsewhere that are blooming.

Life goes on…. I’m not the type to spend hours on these boards.

Jcb208 it’s all good. I brought at a price which at the time was pretty OK. Iv learnt over time that you need to sometimes just forget about it and re-visit annually. I remember when the Snap stock was 5dollars. Today 2 urea later - it’s 74 dollars. Maybe one day il look back and say geeez 3.58 was a bargain. I hope anyway.

Does anyone know why the trading has stopped for CINE?

Didn’t anyone else get a IG alert trigger that showed CINE at 102p this morning?

What would the stock go for if this “takeover” is true?

I do believe that many on this board are long term holders and believe in the growth and ambitious plans of BOOHOO, me being one of them.

There seems to be very strong opinions on here which could be down to passion talk.

Let’s remind ourselves that there are also people who are new to investing and may have chosen BOOHOO.

My request is, keep the tone fair and respectful and add value as you don’t know who is reading these threads.

We are all here to make money and not lose money. One of my weaknesses in the past was to be patient.

I’m still on the learning journey so I do like to hear other’s opinions. If you are not invested in BOOHOO, do not participate on this board until you are ready.

Iv recently added to my portfolio to now £90k. My wife is invested also at £5k.

I’m currently in the minus.

My point being is..... if there is value to be shared, speak up otherwise don’t flood the board with noise.

My plans are to see the SP through to £6+.

The bonus link to ESG is a great move. It shows commitment and that shareholder reassurance is important. Boohoo is here to STAY!

The big drop is coming.... in fact there may be a few big drops.... when they do.... this share will make me laugh all the way to the bank!

I’m in at £85k. I’m young and so is boohoo... I don’t need the cash thankfully so I’ll happily sit and hold until Iv reached my goal.

I have to say this board is getting pretty personal. Relax people... if your invested in boohoo or are looking to buy in... stick around. If your not... you really should get a life.
