Realistically when is news expected here, as per the previous RNS, I was under the impression that they had until the 1st December to agree a RTO?

Essentially this is a clean cash shell.... The fact remains, it doesn't matter whether it is PHE or another company, an RTO is likely to see a significant increase in the SP here. Definite investment opportunity, and relatively short term also, I suspect we will get more info by COB Thursday.

It is definitely a sell and was the main contributor to the drop on the 24th. Why somebody would sell so significantly before the EGM, I do not know

You aren't understanding Martin. There has to be a company in place to complete the reverse takeover, Forbes is just a name change

What I meant is that an RTO isn't confirmed and if it did happen what that would do to the share price, unless you can confirm different?
