Is this actualy legit. Can there be negotiations without rnsing it? Why then we would be the last to know?

How can it think, look at the sp, all time low and someone thinks that on 11th morning they wake up and see suspension. No matter how much I would want that not gonna happen. I guess if you dont want to wait 6 months then just sell when the offer is announced, of shares dont get suspended. I just hope that some talks have been going on since te10, witch took forever, hopefully for this particular reason

I wounder all this delay at te10, was it because of the deal being formed or for nothing? Looks like we are starting from scratch why would we need another non executive if there was one lined up? Any thoughts?
