While Cobre pays the tax and keeps the lights on and our Bod on board working through this.

Possibility of another big Cobre client as we have capacity .

6 balls in the air , we juggle drop one or 2 but the ones with the sticky Toffee pudding we keep hold of .

I am going to keep filling my boots at this price cos it just takes one of these options to come in to dramatically change the landscape and overall opinions open to us.

All about the assets here Nickel. Redmoor and LC are paId for no borrowings. Half the battle won.

Then as you say aim to get them income producing . LC first. May take a loan and a raise but if it brings in more money
than it costs good business . No let up in the demand. We also have the asset to borrow against.

I invest and develop property , banks are only interested in income to cover borrowings but if you can offer the asset as security and use the money to pay off the loan and earn your revenue then they will take a view. ( development)

Now I would rather have these 2 projects paid for than $6m on the balance sheet so I look good for investors like you Nickel. No offence intended.

What the investment/ gamble/ business decision here is do you think they can make a go of it ?

When they prove this and you are invested you make a profit . If they don't you lose.

You tend to make big on such a gamble. If you want it all then as I said before the share price would be circa 2p
Consequently you would not make 5 times the current price.

This is AIM easier to access than a casino at the moment and I am betting they will and filling my boots circa .4 to .45.

Yes I had 6m GGP @ .35p took my profit when Newmont had interest and put some in here.
Both my Brother in laws kept 2.5m each in the bottom draw and still holding for the 50p party

What I have learnt is if you have a gut feeling invest keep do not trade on the ups and downs as you will talk yourself into other options and investments.

Not long ago since SML and GGP were level pegging .

Just 1 million shares in GGP were £5k 18 months ago now £250k.

They have Newcrest but turned down by Newmont.

I think it best to take account of Zero financial benefit from this Freaky Zebra. If we get any its a bonus.

They are pretty sure this will provide our second income stream . They just need to show us. Give them a year and some slack !

I am confident on going cash flow will cover this from Cobre. Most companies pay previous tax year liabilities from ongoing cash flow. I do and always have.

I seem to recall some of your posts a year back seem to emphasise the dreaded raise.

A raise is good if it moves a company forward into profit with increased income.

A raise is only bad when required to keep the lights on. Cobre keeps the lights on Nickel.
