Buying a company is not easy, reverse takeover harder.
Fine line keeping all parties happy inc shareholders.
The main shareholder maybe worried about dilution of his interests which is understandable.

To me , it seems the major shareholder does not like the proposed deal.
I am not sure I like moving away from the LSE.
Sometimes its good to have a little reality, its not all rainbows. I have been on dips before.
Never the less it is a red or black bet on this at the moment.

All we can consider it what we have as we have no idea what asset is up for grabs.

A little unfair as obviously the major share holder does.

Its a hold for me but expect trading range of 1.5 to 2p until clarity prevails.

I have really been loading up on miners upto and after Xmas. POW, COBR, ECR, XTR PALM, ORR, ORM , BZT, PAT, RRR, KAV and our bottomed out SML. There is so much potential everywhere and each day another pops up.

Decisions , decisions, the problem I have is I like to make the gains worthwhile so always jump in with both feet.

I will be sleeping in the shed if we get another black Monday :)).......

I suppose you can only spread the love so far and feel this may need a little.

Seems a sensible board too !

I get it ST ..The more demand you create the higher the share price, and I am sure you do very well.

Some of your posts are good , some far too optimistic and repetitive.

Not complaining really bring your band of merry men over....

Just my opinion that ramping multiple shares the same way may put potential investors off investing.

I am invested , but this ramp crew , fresh from Panthera and Alba take over the board and put off genuine investors from investing

Rinse and repeat, promises of riches ...........

I am sure they have multiple posting names... the wording is obvious....

Funny thing is they do not even know what news is coming.

I am invested but will not tolerate their verbal diarrhea..

I was thinking more taking a percentage to get the project going .
Investment to increase the resource and get us producing or at least in position so we know exactly what we have .
It could well be mega and the majors wanting a slice..
We need a proactive hard working Bod looking at what we have and what we can do with it..
What Paul Johnson has done with POW is nothing short of amazing .. 9 Projects spinning each could be a game changer.
Everyone is drilling for high grade gold around our Laverton Care tenements.
Have we got a system under our holdings , I know we sold a few off but Merolia is a Panther metals target and that is
very close.
Bring 2021 and action .....

I swept a few more up this morning following an EPIPHANY I awoke too this morning .

I think Paul Johnson and POW needs a Tin Tungsten uk project .

I wonder if this is sat on his desk , pondering what he calls corporate work ...... Bring on 2021.
