I agree here about the upside of LCCM and REdmoor.... Maybe even more so than you..

The one point I do not agree with is Cobre... JP says nothing else is priced in, I disagree ...

Cobre is worth nothing to shareholders after expenses and equipment upgrades.... it pays it s way...

I have absolutely no interest in Cobre.... as an investor....

A Student house is a better investment.... less hassle ..less staff... less hangers on...more profit ..

The market cap without LCCM and Redmoor would be circa £ 3 m

I do also see .30p if LCCM does not get out the blocks...

It will drop like a stone with bad news ... I for one would be out at the best price available....

Having said that Redmoor will have its day and could happen anytime in this metals bull market....

But as you say 6 weeks .... All being well.

In some ways similar to a reverse takeover of the project
CHF ... doing the leg work and Alt .. making gains in the share ptice .. experienced it with BP and serica energy . Went from 27 p up to £1.40 when the dust settled ... 70 p out the blocks when the deal was signed ... BP made a killing on the share price and moved on to core assets

I can see the same here market cap be £70 m soon enough
