Deal @ 2.5p was agreed a while back B4 the share price dropped... this is just the 100% option.

I think its a good move and silly not to take up....

One concern to me is.....as the appetite and SP of small cap explorer's has taken a severe hit over the last year or so....

What if the IPO's multiple are very under subscribed ???

I suppose its a matter of picking the right time...we are hoping the market is going to pick up early next year....

No point in spending all that money on a listing at the wrong time....

On a positive note POW have secured a great asset that has legs ....
