Few thoughts..... not a good time for an IPO ATM so maybe best waiting until next spring

Each project..vehicle needs a good team to take it forward..... As we know not all 14 projects will make it ...law of averages....

Each one is going take some getting going once the IPO is a success..

So Am I understanding this right... POW will list each vehicle...get the money back spent plus some and retain say 35% of what either will or will not be a success so....

So its a win on a successful IPO..WIN WIN if the vehicle is a success.... if its not POW have their money back and some....

So business model a bit like a buy to let.. business.... Buy renovate polish it up rent ..remortgage get your money back buy another...rental seed income for life... if it goes well...

Would a JV or many JV's not retain us more value ...keep the cream ?????? Certainly crossed my mind while on the Sativa Pipe.....

I think if we are all honest Melville...we have all had a right Royal Rogering across the board with with a few exceptions
