Some nice buying again.

MrBB, how many were you after for the SIPP? There is around 15k available at 19p.

MrBB, thanks for the welcome. As mentioned, I have been following for ages and could not resist the price. Buying has been severely restricted here, a friend of mine had been trying to buy in the afternoon but could not get firms quotes. The drop seems to have been orchestrated on little volume and to be honest, I was being offered above 18p to sell today. I was lucky to see the drop day before yesterday, while sitting at Charles De Gaulle. Buying was very heavily restricted. I wanted to buy £6k but couldn't get a quote. I wish I had called my broker. I settled for £2k just below 17.5p before my flight. By the time I got back to the UK, I saw someone had to pay 18.9p for the next lot.

Some weakness in the share price this morning in case our 5k or 10k buyer wishes to take the wallet/purse again.

Thanks, Cyanide. I have followed these guys for a long time and I categorise the company as a high growth one. I had promised myself to buying the shares if we see these prices, which I duly did yesterday. People would have been scrambling to get these prices weeks ago, but the Brexit has induced fears and created loads of buying opportunities elsewhere in more liquid stocks. I may add more, if there are further weaknesses and depending on other available opportunities. As mentioned, I look forward to the finals in the coming weeks. Keep up the great work with your posts, research and joining the dots.

Final results should be out in the coming weeks and should be an excellent read, esp after the recent acquisitions.

The two-day event spectacular will take place in April with more than 1,000 delegates due to attend. One of the challenges of the project is to replicate the event experience at The Vox for around 250 delegates exactly one week after the initial, larger event at the NEC.

June is traditionally one of our busier months and 2016 is certainly no different. Once again we will have a significant presence at The Cannes Lions Festival. This year we are responsible for three major activations – designing, building and managing. We are also overseeing the hospitality – working with some of the world’s best talent in the entertainment industry. In Valencia we are producing a senior leadership event for a leading international communications company. Back in Britain we are delivering a series of regional awards shows throughout June and July for a globally recognised brand. We are also installing a new activation in London’s O2, working with cutting edge technology in Dublin and delivering several projects across a number of key sectors: Banking, Advertising, Communications, Mobile, Professional Services and Law. All in all, a very busy month!

Good to see a few of them averaging up. Confidence and we should indeed be entering period of contract announcements. Excellent trading across divisions in last few months.

Has anyone been through the proposed resolutions document, in particular resolution 9? It seems to page the way for a rights issue and wanted to get other's opinion on it. With the acquisition of Interoil, have they left themselves overexposed with the $99million debt. A rights issue could be used to refinance he debt. We should also hear about the $23million damages being pursued by Columbia's ANH soon. Andes seemed positive that they would be OK.

Operates in the ever expanding security sector a) Impressive clientele (Government, FTSE 100, enterprises and private high worth individuals) b) Range of offerings – providing high grade security personnel to high end Fastvein through collaboration with Hitachi. c) Aims to grow organically (new office in Abu Dhabi) and through acquisitions (Access Locksmiths Limited acquired in Dec 2015) d) Professional management with military ethos (ex Black-Watch) 2. Generates profit and provides dividend to shareholders – strong balance sheet a) 2016 could see highest revenue and profits with some impressive contracts to be reflected on balance sheet (2015 saw revenues of £15.8million with EBITDA of £0.66million) b) No debt to service 3. Share price is undervalued a) £7million MCAP, 17 million shares in issue with almost 50% not in public hands b) Significant management holdings to align with shareholders c) Share price should be at least >70p based on estimated earnings and sector PE

Unfortunately, it seems this will start dropping again. Strong pipeline but the shareholders deserve more info than the repetitive "in due course" by Neil Murray regarding the commercialisation.
